Question about Samsung TSL2795HF 27" TV
When turning the TV on, we do not get the blue screen. Instead there are red spots on the edge of the screen with green and light blue in the middle of the screen. So, this makes the color completely messed up. Please help. Thank you
What you are describing is a degaussing problem. It normally occurs if some Magnetic source has been brought close to your TV. Perhaps you have shifted your TV from part of the room to another? Or to another room? Did you or someone place a magnetic source (Speakers, Tape recorder, Walkie talkie, some toy of your children, etc near or on top of the TV? Just remove it. And wait for a few days. The problem will get automatically cleared up, as the TV set's Auto Degaussing circuits will clear the color patches.
