Question about Sony Handycam CCD-TRV107E Camcorder
Hello, I am hoping someone can provide some assistance. I have a SONY TRV22E and it will play back videos but when I set it to Camera mode to do filming - The LCD is all Black and I cant see through the eye sight too. I have all the menu functions but not cant see what I am aiming my camera at (and yes I do have the lens cap off :-)) If you can provide any assistance it would be greatly appreciated Michael Adelaide

Thanks for your help, I am able to take my camera to a service centre and they will assess and if CCD chip is found faulty they will fix this for free. You have saved me $1000!! thanks again

Hi, I called Sony support center in Sweden (my home country). They told me that it's probably a failure in CCD-ship. In such a case, Sony takes the fully responsibility and will repair it without any fee. You only need to pay for one way mail transport. Tobias Rundgren Karlshamn

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
