Re: CE-100 Futura Embroidery Sewing Machine

OK you could try Installing & then Running the "Program" in "Administrator mode", & set Compatibility Mode for XP. Ie: Uninstall completely, Install software as Administrator Mode & then after installed, set the main .exe, for Compatibility Mode for XP... and set to RUN with Administrator rights. ONLY THEN after it is all installed.. PLUG THE DEVICE IN... if it asks for "Drivers" point it to ya Install Disk. Also try to use "any other" USB port when you reinstall. Ensure B4 ya do all this that you have the most up to date drivers for your system's USB. Good luck hope this help?

How do I enable cookies on windows vista?

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or 8 here are the instructions for turning on cookies:

1) Go to your START icon and then select Internet Explorer.

2) Select the TOOLS button, and then select Internet Options.

3) Select the Privacy tab, then choose Settings. You will see a slider. If you move that slider all of the way to the top you will block all of the cookies. If you move it all of the way to the bottom, you will allow all of the cookies.

4) If you do not want to allow or block all of the cookies, watch the description beside the slider as you move it up and down. The description will describe what type of cookies will be allowed, and what type will be blocked depending on where you set the Privacy slider. Blocking all cookies can make some websites function incorrectly.

If you want to block or allow cookies from certain sites you can do the following:

1) Leave your slider in a position that is not blocking or allowing all cookies and then click Sites.

2) In the Address of website box type an address and then click either Block or Allow. IE will then follow those instructions for any Site that you enter addresses for.

3) While you are typing the address in a box will appear that will have all of the addresses of the sites that you have visited. Clicking on any site will copy it's address into the Address of Website box. You can then choose to Allow or Block cookies from that site.

These steps should allow you to resolve your issue. If you do have further problems please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for the opportunity to assist you in resolving your issue.

Why wont the windows ce applacation let me download anything e.g. windows live and google chrome, please help and why dont i have facebook chat?

Windows CE has a very limited software because it was made for a minimalistic computers and embedded systems. So the installed software right now on your computer is actually the only programs you can used. If you really wanted to install use other software liked what you mentioned. You have to use a computer which has an operating system like windows xp, vista or 7. Have a nice day

Works on my ipod but on ps3 keeps saying ip address has timed out

You may have to check your Windows firewall and also the router firewall settings to allow the device to work.
1. Windows firewall instruction found in the "Security systems" > "Windows firewall" > "Allow a program through Windows Firewall".
2. check your router user manual for the firewall settings for the router.

Vista Compatibility with DI-704P

The print server software does not need to be installed in order to print to the printer attached to the 704P from Vista. I went out to D-LINK's website and there are step-by-step instructions for configuring port and associating a printer with that port.

See the following link:

These instructions are for 2000/XP but they are very similiar to what you need to do for Windows Vista. I tried it and it worked fine. It did take me several tries however, as I should have read through the steps completely first.
