game keeps freezing. Just got the game at christmas!!

Masterum... wow thats alot to go on...if its scratched badly it could freeze. if your system isnt getting enough air it could freeze,(and ur could burn out the system). if your playing online and its gets really laggy it can freeze. if all else fails call microsoft. or better yet talk to somone using there pro-help chat on there website. because those people arnt idiots in india.
