I have a Panasonic camcorder which uses a software program call Videocam suite, at one time this was on comp working well. However, after a partial restore the program will not run, I deleted prog and tried to reinstall using supplied disk, now I get an error mesg when I try to do this saying "restart comp to complete uninstall" which I did. I tried the same few times with no positive results.
I called Panasonic and they said it is a problem with my computer. I called Compaq and they said to send it in order to erase everything and to start from ZERO. I have been trying to fix the problem for months. I bought the camcorder a year ago. What shoul I do?
This software states that it runs on xp sp2 it doesnt,i have found it runs really well on vista

I have the same problem with this software. I am sure that i have un-installed the software from when it was previously on the pc, but I keep getting the same error message. Any help appreciated
which OS u are using i can guide to restore ur system to earlier date when this software was not installed at all and then u can start again thru updated software version
