Question about Genius MousePen 8x6 (MOUSEPEN8X6)
Check what USB port your tablet is hooked up to... My brand-new tablet's pen wasn't responding; the light would flicker when I clicked the barrel buttons, but no movement. So I took it out of the front USB port it had been in and put it in the back, and now it's back to working fine.

I have the same problem with my Acecat 302 light pen, but i cant find anything to unscrew to get inside it

Have a look inside the "Pen" I have found that sometimes the fine wires inside break of where they are soldered to the sensor. Also check the Contacts give 'em a good clean & re-tension them. In the ones I have seen the Sensor is just a coil of wire wound on a piece of ferrite ring. Very simple indeed.
