PA Projects will not convert to JPegs. Cannot cut or copy image.

Any action on a saved project like Export, Cut, Copy, etc. will cause the "Print Artist has encountered a serious problem and must shut down. You will lose any unsaved materials" and shutdown. This is the typical error message:
C:\Docume~1\Owner\LOCALS~\Temp\6517_appcompat.txt

Thinking the file was corrupt I built a new one. Same problem.

Now I've saved and printed the new file but when I try to open the file it won't open and the message is "Not a Valid Print Artist file or You Do Not Have Authority to Access this File. Even though it is a Print Artist file extension and previously opened, viewed and printed

I have an Epson Stylus R1900 Printer. Gateway Computer running Windows XP.

I tried deleting the PA software and re-installing but the disk wouldn't read past a certain point in the installations so I bought a new program.

The same problems aret occuring with the new program as started on the old.

I'm on deadline for the projects being created and need some help!
