How to un-stack Bosh Washer WFL 2060/Dryer WTL 5410

Need to replace the H&C water supply hoses to my washer but to gain access, must remove dryer first which is stacked on top of my Bosh Washer WFL 2060. I installed a stacking kit (6 years ago) but, can't recall how to separate the two units. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt

E1 code. water is being pumped out dry and start dryer and 3-5 min code comes back. cleaned everything inside checked all hoses and switch. everything looks fine

Cycle is interrupted and ''E1'' appears in display.

Condensate hose is blocked in some way. Turn off dryer and check hose.
Condensed water not pumped out (WTL 54 condensation models only). Pump failed.

How do you unstack a Bosch Axxis WTA dryer from a Bosch Axxis WFL 2050 washer?

You do not state the type of stacking kit installed on your Bosch washer. The installation instructions of one of the stacking kits is found at the site Assemby Instructions Bosch Axxis Stacking Kit /WTZ11310.pdf . First remove the front concealment strip to expose the front of the mounting kit. Gently pry with a wooden tool to prevent damage. Once the it is exposed, there are two clip inserts in front of the dryer feet that must be removed. Once these are removed, you pull or slide the dryer forward to release them from the stacking kit and simply lift the dryer off of the stacking kit and the washer. The stacking kit itself is attached to the washing machine with four screws that must be removed to separate the kit from the washer top. And with that, your dryer and washer are separated!

But after separation there are two additional problems that may be bothersome to you. The first is that you now have mounting holes in the top of the washer that are exposed and the second is that the feet on your dryer may need to be replaced as parts of the feet may have been tossed during installation of the stacking kit and may need to be replaced.

The assembly instructions above show only the basic stacking kit. Some kits included a slide that pulls out to allow for a handy tray but the installation or disassembly is nearly the same.

Bosh Axxis WFL 2060 operates only on quick wash and warm water!

If you cannot switch cycles then the selector switch board or main circuit board can have faulty componenents and will need to be tested with a multi-tester

IF THERE IS BLACK DUST UNDER THE MOTOR IT IS USUALL DEAD. YOU CAN REMOVE MOTOR FROM THE BACK I HAVE DON IT. YOU NEED A METER TO CHECK THE MOTOR. I CAN HELP.

yes, just make sure its on a dedicated 120volt circuit,as in just the washer on this circuit and nothing else plugged in to it

How can I detach the pump hose and replace it?

to remove outlet hose where it exits machine it just twists and pulls is held in with an o,ring if you mean internal hose this is more complicated you need to remove front panel to gain access,once you have done this removal is self evident.

Can you stack if they weren't designed for it?

ive seen people build there own stack unit. alot of techs will tell you no but ive seen this done and there has been no issue. just make sure your platform is strong enough to handle the tumble of the dryer during normal operation
