Sounds like the button on the right might be sticking. I would replace the mouse.

I have outlook express and my delete icon has dissappered. so I cannot delete my e- mails

Hi,
Do you see your menu's in Outlook Express? If so click with your right mouse button to the right of the menu that says Help. (right-click). Just click somewhere next to the word Help with the right mouse button and you SHOULD get tiny menu that pops up where one of the selections Toolbar.
Choose that Toolbar option with your left mouse button (left click the word Toolbar).
This will possibly allow you to see your missing DELETE button?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Kaj

Poor photo copy when printing 4x6 glossy in cassette tray.

Set the Ink Intensity (Windows) The Intensity setting controls the amount of ink placed on the paper. The higher the intensity the darker (more ink) the printed image will be. If the Intensity setting is set too high, the printed page may become too wet and curl or streak. Follow the instructions below to adjust the ink intensity settings.
  1. Access the printing preferences by opening the printer Preferences / Properties.

    For Windows Vista
    • Click / Select 'Start' from the bottom left of the Windows screen, 'Control Panel', 'Hardware and Sound', and then click on 'Printers'. Note: If you are in 'Classic' view, Click 'Printers' directly from the 'Control Panel'.

    • Click your right mouse button on the listing for your printer, and then select 'Properties' from the menu that appears.

    For Windows XP Professional Edition
    • Click 'Start' from the bottom left of the Windows screen, and 'Printers and Faxes.'
    • Click your right mouse button on the listing for your printer, and then select 'Properties' from the menu that appears.

    For Windows 2000/Me/98
    • Click / Select 'Start' from the bottom left of the Windows screen, and 'Settings,' then 'Printers.'
