Question about Dell 2 Button Mouse 6u226

1 Answer

Button Problems Hi. When i right click, the right click menu doesn't appear, but when i left click it does, but not on the net. I checked mouse control panel and everything was fine, the buttons weren't reversed and when i did that, it only made the problem worse (but i fixed that). What should i do?

Re: Button Problems

Sounds like the button on the right might be sticking. I would replace the mouse.

I want to change mouse from right hand to left hand use?

It's very easy. Just follow the following steps!
If you are using windows 8, press the windows button on your keyboard(the one left of left 'alt') and type "change mouse click settings" , just click on settings tab on right and click on the first option that appears.
Just change the left or right orientation as per your choice now and click on apply and ok.
1. goto start->control panel
2. Click on mouse(or hardwares-> mouse if in category view)
3. click on buttons tab
4. select required orientation and click on apply and ok

Mouse buttons left right switching sticky keys

Remember you can always use the keypad in place of the mouse. Try replacing the mouse with another one. If that doesn't work, it is probably something in the software. Do a scan on the system next.

Left click button wont work

Hi, it is either a:
1., software problem (check control panel => mouse for options)
2., hardware issue, listen to the sound of it clicking, if it sounds different from (for eg. weaker) than the right click than it is a faulty switch
You may try taking apart and replacing the switch if you another mouse lying around.
But if are not experienced with soldering, just remap the left click in control panel (replace left click with right click and right click with middle button) or get a cutom mouse utility to do the same.
This way you can use it while you get a new one.
Good luck!

My Logitech LX5 wireless optical mouse has never worked properly

hi im josh in cebu phils.may i help you? Friend try my gathered solutions. This problem has a simple solution—replace your batteries! Low batteries in a wireless device will cause all sorts of problems. In a mouse, this typically means that the cursor slows down, jerks around, or seems to hit an invisible wall. Fresh batteries should fix things right up.
If new batteries don't fix the problem, you have some sort of wireless interference. Try moving the wireless receiver to a new position—preferably away from other wireless devices (wireless network adapters/base stations, cordless phones, baby monitors, and the like). If interference continues, see if you can change transmitting/receiving channels on one of the devices, or consider turning off the interfering device while you're computing. Good luck friend hope i helped you.

Keyboard S 530 Mac

Normal 0 Go to Control Panel and click on the Mouse icon. Then the mouse properties will appear showing the mouse buttons. In the Left column is the button settings. The bottom one is the Right Button, which is set for Magnify. Whenever you hit the Right Side button the magnifier will turn on. To turn it off, hit the Right Side Button and off it goes. You can change any of the button settings by clicking on the drop down.
Hope this helps. Bud
