Question about Insignia NS-DV2G MP3 Player
Hello, I believe I have a corrupted file on my Insignia MP3 player. Whenever I turn on, plug in, etc. the player, it freezes on file 168 while building the library. Because of this, it never gets to the MSC mode so that I can delete the file. Does anyone know of a way to stop this initialization procedure so that I can access drive and remove the corrupted file? Thanks.
The answer is to go to settings click on information and go to erase internal memory ....that is the way i fixed mine
