I lost the CD that comes with it, can u suggest a website or link where i can download a software so that i can use it as a webcam....

WITH YOUR USB CABLE CONNECTED ... TRY GOING TO "CONTROL PANEL" AND CLICK ON "ADD VIDEO OR CAMERA DEVICE"
YAHOOO AND AOL HAVE WEB-CAMERA OPTIONS THAT YOU CAN USE ON THEIR SITES.
