uninstall photo viewer,then reboot your computer,install the cd with photoviewer on it,(for windows,not mac),next reboot your computer,now,connect your coby to the computer,wait until it is recognized,double click on the photoviewer icon on the desktop screen,let it load,
I hope your trying to connect the device to your computer. If so try uninstalling the software completly rebooting the pc then reinstalling the software
