The restore files are here. Mustek don't seem to support it any more You will also need to download the manual for instructions. http://www.driverstock.com/Mustek-PVR-H140-driver-download/31-34-9027-69537/index.html

Hello Press the FOLDER button to choose a folder Press and hold ERASE button for 3 seconds or longer. The ERASE indicator will flashes Press the ERASE button again. Done blinks for two seconds and the deletion will be complete Note AN erased file cannot be restored. During this process don’t remove batteries. Otherwise data may be damage. The recorder should be formatted using only by using the internal FORMAT function found in the recorder's Menu. Formatting using the computer may corrupt system files needed to run the recorder, so computer formatting is not recommended
this might sound silly but format it again.hook it up to your computer and right click it and go down to the word format and format it to the fat file system.this would restore it the factory setting also make sure that your songs are wma or mp3.any questions or furthur instruction email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are you trying to restore the files you previously had on your Mustek or just trying to get it to work as it did before the format? If you're just trying to get it to load, follow these instructions:
"Install the PVR Console software in the bundled
CD and connect the device to PC. The software will help to restore
system data and boot up files to the device automatically. When the
copying is done, restart the device for twice."
If you're trying to restore the data you accidentally formatted, connect it to your PC and try using a program such as Free Undelete to restore the files that were previously deleted. In the program, you need to browse to the drive that your Mustek shows up as on your PC (so if the drive is X: you need to restore files on X in the program).
