This may be the game.

Ages 4 - 8.
Each player is given a lotto-style board which shows eight pictures. Players roll dice to draw cards that they can place on the matching number on their board.
Each board uses a different method of representing numbers (pictures of children holding up a number of fingers, pictures of coins, number of items pictured (x2), dice, numerals). The boards are graded in order of difficulty, allowing children with different levels of numeracy to play together, and giving a child the opportunity to progress through the different boards.

Alright, here is what you do.
1) make sure your system is off (solid red light)
2) hold down the power button (on the system not the controller), it will turn green do not take your finger off, wait for the light to turn back to red then take your finger off
3) hold down the power button again until you hear a quick double beep come from the system then take your finger off
4) if you did it right your system should say that you need to plug your controller in, follow the instructions on the screen
5) you should the see 6 options on screen, choose option 3
6) once that is finished let the system startup normally
7) got to the menu that says game, choos the option that says "Game Data Utility" (not "Saved Data Utility"!!!!)
8) find the data for your game, press the triangle button and choose delete (you shold not loose your progress if you do this right)
9) put your game disk back in and let the game data reinstall
10) your game should work after these steps are done correctly, if not call sony sonsumer services

SAFE MODE:

1. Place you finger on the on/off sensor leave it their until you console turns off then take you finger off the sensor.

2. Place your finger back on the on/off sensor leave it their until you hear 2 consecutive beeps then take your finger off.

3. Once the safe mode screen comes on select the option PS3 SYSTEM RESTORE.

NOTE: A PS3 system restore will delete all data except the OS. I recommend backing up your console onto a USB flash drive if possible.
