Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone

Photos Since the upgrade, all photos from camera roll, when imported (Picasa2) and then sent back to iphone as an album are exported sideways. I tried changing the orientation in Picasa and then syncing again, but it didn't work. Any ideas?

If your camera has a rotation sensor it should display in picasa the correct way automatically, at the header of each folder is an option that says 'save edits' if you hit it it will save all pics correctly rotated in explorer. this is a new feature, if you don't have it try updating by going to the site and downloading and installing (rather than with the update button)

I'm exporting photos to my camera roll, and its not doing anything a stuck loading, it says 'Exporting to camera roll.'

Try re-installing the app. In the case of the new iOS 6, it should ask you whether it is allowed to access your camera roll, if you declined then, that may cause problems. Re-install the app and see if that fixes it?

I use a mac. Have all pictures stored on iphone and would love to know how to get the photos to my photo frame. Not sure how to get pictures from iphoto to a memory card or whatever it is I need to do.

Use iPhoto to get the images off your iPhone and onto your Mac, then export you selected images to a media format the photo frame support.
Now without knowing the requirements of the photo frame but going to guess it accepts and USB thumb drive. Once you have imported your images into iPhoto from your iPhone, plug in the USB thumb drive to your Mac. In iPhoto, select the images you wish to move to your photo frame ( either select an album or individual images). Then go to the File Menu and pull down to Export and save the images to your Thumb drive. For best results for image quality on the photo frame you will want to match the export size with the native resolution of the photo frame.

How can I transfer my photos from private pics to the camera roll on my Iphone?

The camera roll is a place where all your new pictures go. You cant transfer things back into the camera roll without a ton of effort. You could save the photos to an app and then when you save them back, they will be in the camera roll but im pretty sure you would have to do this for each individual photo.

What are the steps to download photos from phone to computer?

If you're using an Android phone, that's easy! First, connect your phone to computer, then select the MTP or PTP mode on your phone. Then you can transfer files between phone and computer casually.

If you're using an iPhone, you will need some tool. Like iTunes, iCloud, FonePaw iOS Trasnfer etc which can help you transfer files between iPhone and computer.
First download the program, and connect your device as well as the Android phone. Then select the files you want to transfer and that's OK. The steps to download photos from phone to computer is easy.

Iphone photos

opened iphoto and it gives "no items to import" ? if true try this. when iPhoto is open and your phone is connected, open the albumn of pictures you've taken with your iphone on your iphone. iPhoto should immediately recognize the new pictures you had taken and should indicate "x items to import." x being number of photos. An alternative to this can be If you individually delete the previously imported iPhone Camera Roll pictures using the trash can on the bottom right (touching the screen brings it up), iPhoto will then see the new iPhone pictures for importing. I believe this can be done without opening at the time of sync the iPhone Camera Roll picture album as you suggested. Give these a try and let me know.
