One Tray not working

My sith tray isnt working. It just stoped. But all the rest work. It says six ready And wont recognise that theres a blank in the tray. Please Help me. What should I do

Wizhave you put a cd lens cleaner in the tray do this on all trays to clean lense then if sith tray still dosent accept then replace this one this is all the help can give you.
