Belkin F5D7230-4 not working anymore?

About a month ago we left to stay at a friends. Everything was working perfectly Wireless and all. Belkin Router is connected to a Westell Modell 6100 Modem. Get back today and the LAN works perfectly. But for some reason when we try to hook the Ethernet into the Router again, Nothing is working. Tried the reset nothing works. And 75% of the time we unplug and plug the router back it. It quickly turns on and off. the other 25% of the time when we do actually get it to stay on, the power light switches to the modem light and it is the only one active. The Modem is also not lighting up its little Ethernet light as well. I suspect the ROuter has gone poof. Done resets on everything.. even 2 brand new Ethernet routers. Please Assist?
