DURING THE START CYCLE INSTEAD OF ADDING WATER IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS AUTOMATICALLY DRAINING. WHAT DO I DO?? WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED IT A F30 CODE WAS SHOWING. IT WENT AWAY AND STARTED WORKING BUT THE PROBLEM IS BACK. I CAN USE ANY HELP I CAN GET!! THANKS!

Means you have a fault with your water inlet valve, at top where water enters machine. Power off the mains, see if the wires are connected tight. If they are ok and you still have the problem, you simply have to change it, yourself, by taking the top of the washer off.
Also check to see if your drain hose is at the correct height, 3 ft approx, into the drain behind.
