Question about HP LaserJet 1300 Printer
I am running a web based guest tracking system thru IE and when you run any type of report it opens a sub window which you can print from. In the middle of my work with nothing else going on the printer suddenly now wants to save all documents before printing them. It wants to save them as XPS documents and then print from the save only. What the heck is going on?
It is not your printer causing this problem, the printer don't want to save files, the tracking system does, IT
