If u move the tv pictures come back on clear and good,no bruses to the pictures at all?Yes,this tv can be fix the PCB main board is cracks or borkens,could be mend to it by steal rods and solder joints by a tv tech. to fix it.But if the pictures have bruses in it.The tv picture tube is damage,sorry this tv garbage,not worth fixing.

The power board has parts going out on it. A slow decline in performance usually points to a bad capacitor or power transistor. Take a look at the power board. The board will show extreme overheating evidence if you had a meltdown. If it looks clean, maybe it is just a bad capacitor. If you see a capacitor that looks like the top is bulging out, that is a sign of a bad part. Unless you like to solder, consider this tv done for.
