You can order replacement parts from the following web site. We had accidentally cut one of our player to screen cables and I ordered two through this site. Had them within 2 weeks, no problems.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

How do I put it together?

Plug the fat cables into the monitors on the bottom, and then to the player in the D shaped holes. Plug the 12V (car) adapter into your car's power outlet and then to the player in the small hole that may be marked AC/DC in. There's only one hole that will work - can't mess it up.
