Franke Flair coffee system, always same error message, ''fill water tank'', but it's full !

Can't start the machine, can't make it clean or decalcify, but will empty system.

What you would have to do is take the side panel off to get at the solenoid. It is probably sticking closed and not letting the water fill into the boiler.
