Take some of the parts that you do have and take them to a Home Depot they should be able to match up the pieces, that is what we did when we needed screws and stoppers.

I recommend you contacting one of the highly trained CSR's at Products America. They will be able to go over your crib with you and determine what is missing and may even be able to provide you with the missing part. The numbers are 800-205-9642 or 800-772-1041. Call them anytime Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm CST.
if you're missing the lock parts from the ends of the side rails(end caps), I was to. I borrowed the cap from the youth bed rail
since when it's configured as a crib, that rail is extra anyway.
when it was time to go with the youth bed I simply put the end
caps back onto the other rail. GOOD LUCK!
i have located a manual off the internet someone scaned to me. i dont know if it is exactly the right crib. the one that was given to me looks like a carlton or shelby design. i need the screws for it and the size was on there along with the instructions, the screws fit great. i can send it to you if you still need it just email me at email@example.com
