Error Message Vrr1.out when I plug my 3200 in (by 3 users)

I purchased 2 Verifone Omni 3200 Credit Card Terminals on eBay. One of them seems to work perfectly but when I plugged in the other one, I am receiving an error
vrr1.out file error and it flashes on the screen and beeps, does anyone know what this means? I have posted a message to the seller, but he has not responded yet.

It 7 and enter(func/enter) green key at the same time
then hit 1 alpha alpha 66831

thats a file built errir, means that the file or software installed in the machine is faulty.
try pressing 7 and clear at the same time and then press 1 alpha alpha 66831
to get acces to the main menu.
if you get this far you may be able to download the machine again
who did you buy the machines from?

11/9/07 I just called the help line - press the green button
(func/enter) and the 6 button at the same time & hold for several seconds.
It will reset the machine.
