Cant find a way to download internet explorer to my apple mac

yes you can but not the newest version, there are some ways to do this:

And there is another way using a virtual machine software but it is more complex

hmm i dont thing your mac can take that flash version you internet explorer doesnt work with and old mac like your *discontinued internet explorer version*and you really should get a new mac the oldest one you should be using would be a imac g3 or g5

There seems to by an error with Internet Explorer. Microsoft Internet Explorer is known in the computer world as an inferior product. Their are many other better applications that can also be used that are also free.

Depending on which OS (sounds like OS 9) you are using you probably need to trash the preferences or the cache for Explorer.

I'd also suggest once you get back online, that you download iCab, Mozilla or an older version of Opera. Explorer chokes on most of the web these days since it hasn't been updated for Mac in many years.

if its a torrent file, you should use software called transmission. without more details i cant resolve your situation

Because you should have Safari built in, I would recommend you access that web browser, by going into Finder > Applications> Safari and launching that web browser.

This should enable you to continue surfing online, despite the IE setback.

internet explorer is no longer support on mac Os X , you have to use another browser. Safari is installed on your computer, and Firefox is the best (free)
