Printed 2 sided copy now everything is printing 2 sided ITS STUCK

that's hard to say unless you give more details, are you trying to print from computer or are you just copying

If you were printing a document, the document could be jammed or the sheet was not fed into the machine correctly.

Replace the drum

did you select the correct paper size on machine display? When you put paper in baypass the copier ask you for paper size and type.

Hi, does stripes appears only on copies or also on printed images?

If only on copies that means that you have to clean the copy glass.

If on both, its probably drum unit that causes the problem. Usually the stripes are slim, and verry close to each other, like a sharp brush paint job.

How many copies do you have with these drum? check it on 123 button.

If the copie is on one side totally black and the toner isnt fixed on paper that means that you have to replace fixing film.

Empty the waste toner container. From left side of copier you have small cover with one screw.Remove the cover and empty the container and clean it very well, you may use alcohol for the neck of the bottle to ged rid of of antistatics.

if any tray is empty its show load paper on fax

First try to check your fax settings.Your 'line settings' has to be set to 'tone' and not "pulse".
Set your fax mode for "fax only"

And try again.
