The touchscreen is not responding

Here's what I have founf. I too have had this same issue and it's because I cleaned the screen with an amonia based cleaner (Windex), I should have known better.

So I remove the motorized unit, tore it apart and completely dried everything out using a hair dryer on low heat. I then returned it to the vehicle and it workjed perfectly fine.
