Question about Dell Wireless Keyboard Optical Mouse w0147
I shut down my computer to move to a different location. When I hooked everything back up and rebooted my computer neither the keyboard or the mouse work. I have tried everything and neither will work.
Make sure that you put the keyboard and mouse back in the same usb ports you took them out of and it will work, but if in different usb ports than before you will have to install the drivers again.
