Power supply i received a digimax s630 last week from a friend without battery and charger.i need an informations about it.

Here is a tip that I wrote about how to find the manuals, drivers, downloads andsupport for Digital Cameras.

First: put your battery in your friends camcorder and use ur friends charger to charge the battery.
Then put your battery back into your camcorder to see if it works.

If the battery works then this eliminates the battery as a problem.

Next plug your charger into your friends camcorder to see if it will power the camcorder without battery, if this works then the problem will most likley be the connector in your camcorder.

If this does not work then the problem will be the plug or the charger.

Next plug your friends charger into your camcorder if it does not work this will verify that the problem is the connector on your camcorder

have you checked the battery setting? There is a setting for alkaline or rechargeable. You can find out in manual

This camera needs rechargeable batteries usually lasts about a week with much use. I thought what a waste of batteries then tried these rechargable and the situation hasn't occured . it is probably because it is small digtal camera which uses alot of power.

use rechargable battaries, they last longer. also when you're not using the camera take the batteries out.

Batteries are probably dead. Try getting rechargable batteries since Samsung S630 really drains batteries.

You will need to format the memory. Have a look at the manual for instructions or download from this link. The format instructions are on page 36

well uhmm same thing used to happen to me you have to get really good batteries or just buy a charger the chargers easier
