I haven't heard of Verzonas, however if this is a cellular carrier, just press the answer button on your phone. If this is a land line carrier, press and release the hang up button on the wall unit (for a corded phone), or for a wireless phone, press the answer button.

- I thought you meant Verizon, but wasn't sure. If this is cellular telephone service you should be hitting the answer button, not the hang up.
I need to clarify... Is this Verizon's home phone service (through a standard wall jack), cellular service, or their newer VOiP (where your phone service comes through your Verizon "FIOS" internet connection?Mar 20, 2009
- If this is Verizon's "FIOS" (telephone, internet, & television) service, you might be having troubles on Verizon's side of things and might need to give them a call and have them fix this issue.

- Okay, this is either what's known as "POTS" (or Plain Old Telephone Service), or one of a handful of other multiline services (if you have multiple telephone lines). I would probably call Verizon, at this point. It is possible this is something on their end of things. How large is your business (how many phone lines do you have)? And what kind of phone do you have?Mar 20, 2009
- I wish I could help more, but unfortunately without being able to test the wires in person to see how they have the wire pairs this would be extremely difficult to trouble shoot over the internet. Verizon should be able to send a technician to help trouble shoot this issue. Again, I've very sorry I could not help more.
