GO TO MY COMPUTER CLICK TOOLS CLICK ON FOLDER OPTION
IN GERNERAL CLICK SHOW COMMON TASK AND FOLDER

1) Right click on my computer go down and click on properties.

2) Go into advanced tab and under the heading performance click on settings

3) Pick the Adjust for best performance


This is normally default for windows
