Problem for Panasonic DP-8035 Grayscale Copier

No access to the properties of the DP 8035 Panasonic

no access to the properties of the DP 8035 Panasonic running as an network printer on a MS SB Serversystem. Just the message: Spoolerservice is not running.
I restarted the server, the Panansonic, the Clients eg. I also tried to restart and stop/start manually the spoolerservice in services on the serversystem (although no problems from this side reported). the Panansonic has access to the network cause the scanner and the fax are working, just the Printer doesent...

if driver is set up with a TCP/IP port reconfigured to LPR i suggest you try setting up a direct LPR port. you may need to add other network and file services through add or remove windows components, in add remove programes before you get the option in ports within your driver for a direct LPR port.
