Take it back, the more you delay the less chance they will help you or replace it.

SOURCE: Battery will charge to 100% only 50%

Its probably because of your tablets power source. If you have used your tablet very often then it will begin to cause the battery to drain more quickly and it will also not fully charge. It could also be a problem with your charger. There could be a short in it or something else that would cause it to stop charging the device at a certain point. The tablet isn't powered by a removable battery so don't try to open up the back and tear out any circuit that you think is the battery as this may cause even more damage to your tablet. If you have a warranty on the device then try taking it to the store you bought it from and see if they can help, but if you don't then be prepared to spend some cash. You could also take it to a tech store (if you know of one) and maybe they could run a diagnostic on the tablet to see what's wrong. If you're trying to charge your tablet while its turned on it could also be the amount of apps that you have installed on your device. Apps can actually cause put a strain on the battery and cause it to preform poorly. Try to avoid large apps (apps that take up a lot of space) because they can actually cause the device to run slower and it will also force more power to be drained from the battery which in turn will keep the battery from charging fully while its on. Try either one to see which one works for your device.

SOURCE: How can I remove the battery from Nextbook with windows 8.1 Tablet?

Hi
I have had a look at this problem and the best I can find is a webpage here:
http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.php?1303-NextBook-Next7S-Premium-Taken-Apart-with-Pictures!
which does tell you how to get at the battery. However, with its comments about breaking tabs which hold the case together when you take it apart, I'm not sure that I would attempt this. In any case, before you try this, plug the charger into the mains and see if you get a voltage at the tablet end of the charger, using a suitable multimeter, set to a suitable range. If you don't get a voltage here, you need to replace the charger.
I hope this all helps, and just in case you haven't got a manual, you can download one here and save it for future reference:

Cheers

MY DREAM TAB I LOST THE INSTRCTION ON HOW TO CHARGE BATTERY

Plug the tip of the USB charging cable into the power charger port and plug the other end into the USB Power Adapter. Plug the USB Power Adapter into an electrical outlet. You will know that it is completely charged when the orange light on the charge indicator turns green.

I have trouble charging a Acer icona one 7 tablet, any ideas?

first of all these tablets take a long time to charge. second check the cable were you plug into tablet to make sure the holding clips are working and take hold. My first choice and most inexpensive is to buy a new charger. Also check plug in port for damage. look at warranty to see if it is still covered and get replaced. />

My tablet wont charge

If the cable has a micro USB connector (most android tablets do), then the connector is likely the problem. With the cable plugged in, there should be a light to indicate charging. It would usually be orange until charged, when it turns green. If you don't see the light atall, the connection is bad. Try wiggling it to see if that helps. If it does, then you will need to make sure the phone is charging somewhere so that it is not subject to being moved at all, which might cause the connection to become loose. The phone will charge faster if it is off.

Spark from charging port

Were you using the right charger? Just because the plug fits doesn't necessarily mean the current is right. Normal charging voltage is about 5V, not nearly enough to cause a spark, so it doesn't sound good to me. If it's still under warranty (or even if it's not) this may need a trip to tech support

Screen has began to flash on and off and wont charge

I had a similar situation with my pipo s1. After further investigation I found that the jack the charger cord plugs into went bad. My charge light wouldn't stay on unless you held the charger plug in a particular position. The jack is hardwired into one of the circuit boards and to replace the circuit board was half the cost of the whole tablet. I junked it and bought a kindle fire. Better quality and longer lasting battery.

Charging my nook and the screen came on and went to 99% and thats all the screen will do. Charging light shows green and then it sometimes goes back to orange.

It could be your cable, Nook is know to have faulty charging cables, you may have to buy a new one. If you do, here is a tip, search for a pen that you have to click the top to use it, take it apart and take out the spring, now wrap the spring carefully around the charging cord starting at the end where you plug it into the Nook, I attached a photo. This keeps the cord from bending and cracking the wires inside the cable cb393b2a-435d-4472-be29-0ac4a57497ee.jpg

It won't charge anymore, when it's on it just doesnt say that it's charging, but the light on the charger is on. When it's off, the orange light for charging is on, but it still doesnt charge anyway. I...

The computers contact point for the charging cord is "VERY" sensitive for me. I had to try many times to actually see the charging "icon" light up before letting it charge. Many times the icon would go back to "battery" during charge and I would have to re-try the connection again... Very annoying. If the battery get so drained that you can't see the "charging" icon, then it's a guessing game as to whether it's charging or not. I needed to re-install the OS and it took me 3 days to get my battery charged that way.
