How do you know that it's the problem? Do you hear the relays come on? Does your tv blink? How many blinks? That is a vital part in diagnosing a panasonic tv.
It can also be the YMain board or the back light inverter board or a capacitor or fuse has blown on the power supply board. Which you usually lose sound before you lose both sound and picture. Try to hard reset is for about 4-6 hours by completely unplugging it.
I do not know much about tvs. But I have had this problem twice. Both times it has been fixed by leaving it unplugged/ powerless and leave it (maybe for as long as 2 days!!). It worked with me. Worth the try.
