My grandmother recently had her computer repaired and when she got her computer back the printer was not printing. It keeps telling her that there is new hardware, but the printer was installed before it...

I asume the printer is connected wth an USB cable. If you disconnect a USB cable and plug it in, in a different USB port, it will tell you new hardware found. The best way is, reinstall the printer software or let the computer find the new hardeware (Printer)

PRINTER IS OFFLINE! I NEED A SOLUTION

So, what can you do when this happens? Luckily, you have a few options you can try when you need to get your printer back "online."
The first thing you should try is simply turning your printer off, wait a minute or so and then turn it back on. That may fix your problem right then and there. If not, try disconnecting the cable that hooks into your computer and then reconnect it. After you do that, you'll also want to restart your computer to make sure everything lines back up. If you're still having trouble after that, try sending something to your printer to print and when you see the printer icon pop up in your taskbar, double click on it. Then go to the File menu and make sure the option of "Work Offline" is unchecked.
Another thing you can try is right clicking on that printer icon and clicking the choice that says "Set printer online." Or, if all else fails, there may be an actual button on your printer that can help you get it connected again. If your printer has one, it will say something like "Online" and you can press that button to reconnect your printer so that it will print once again. Now, all printers are different, so don't hold me to that, but if your printer does have that button, it's an easy fix for this type of problem. Hopefully your printer situation can be fixed with one of these suggestions, but if not, you can always refer to your user manual or contact the manufacturer for additional help. Good luck, my printing friends!

Why am I having trouble with my Epson Stylus Photo Printer R320 reading the new SD card that I recently purchased. Printer says that card cannot be used with this printer. ?? Is my printer now obsolete?...

At the time your printer was manufactured, it incorporates/uses what technology is available.

Things to consider, memory cards now comes in different capacity and speed. Your printer's memory card reader can't read cards that uses newer technology.

You can however use your computer's card reader if there is one or purchase a USB memory card reader to download the photos and print them from the computer.

This actually how I print photos since I can do a lot more before sending it to the printer. I use Picasa (free) for quick photo fix and effects.

Reconnecting up Brother mfc215c all in one

This machine MIGHT NOT support vista!

If you run XP you should download the aggressive remover tool and delete all drivers. After restart of pc install mfl-pro suite and wait until software demands the connection to mfc.

Never connect machine to a hub!

It must be connected to pc usb!

No sound on nintendo wii

We ended up sending our Wii to Nintendo of America. They were quick to repair it. Actually, I was pleasantly surprised how good the service was. You have to login to the Nintendo website and report the problem. If your Wii is registered and under warranty, they will send you a prepaid shipping label. You sent the console in, and they ship it back. The whole thing took about a week. The website allows you to track the repair and shipping process.
