My Nephew borrowed my camera and leaked a bottle of water over it!
The pics are still retrievable and i changed the batteries but it still doesnt work - any hope for repairs ( i live in London) or any suggestions?

Dropped Canon 300mm Zoom lens in river.
How do I dry it or is it useless.
There is water inside the workings of lens still work when attached to camera but no picture.

I SPILLED WATER IN MY BAG AND MY CAMERA GOT WET NOW IT DOES NOT SWITCH ON I HAVE TRIED DRYING IT OUT ON WINDOW SILL FOR 1 WEEK -NO GOOD--
I REALLY LOVE THIS CANMERA CAN IT BE REPAIRED AND HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST

I spilt some water on my camera . it wont work only when it sits in the dock plugged in . any ideas?
