Green shadows and curved picture (by 3 users)

I have a JVC projection screen TV model AV-65WP74 and one day I turned it on and it had green shadows on it and the picture is curved. I have had it for about 3 yrs. I have trid unplugging it , I tried the Convergence (the auto and the manuel) the auto makes it look worse and the manuel it won't line up right and have tried the reset on it. What is wrong and can I fix it myself

I was watching TV and saw rhe screen slid down. Everything looks like I am watching 3D. How much does it cost to repair?

the green is sagging! looks like it is 3d! please any help would be appreciated!
