Turn off the scanner and hold in the reset button and then turn it back on.

Go to the channel that is locked out and push the l/o button above the light/lock key. it should unlock the frequncy so that it will scan through . but you have to do this with every frequency thats locked out. if it says 000.000 then you have to program it, and then the l/o will be gone
