Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Help please!!! I own a 2GB Sansa e250 and i was wondering how to get songs from the player onto my computer. I know that for an iPod you have to download a program, I was wondering if it was the same for the Sansa. Please post if you can help me. Thanks.

Re: Help please!!!

The most easiest way to do this is change the mode of the player to MSC go to Settings-USB-MSC then connect the player to the computer. After connecting the player to the computer you will see the player acting like a removable disk drive in My Computer window. After that double click the icon and locate the Music folder that should contain the songs in your player. Now copy the songs in that folder and paste it to your My Documents folder or in any folder that you want to paste it in.

Mp3 format??? HELP, PLEASE!

I don't know about converting the MP3s to WMAs, but I had the same problem with "corrupt files."
What fixed that for me was instead of dragging and dropping files onto the Sansa, I synchronized them using Windows Media player, but only do 10-20 songs at a time, because if you try to do too many, they probably won't show up. I know it's tedious and annoying, but that's what did it for mine :) I hope this helps.
