my hi grade laptop has started crashing and takes 4 or 5 times before it will boot to windows? I have noticed the wireless light is staying on and when that happens it wont boot, i dont use a wireless card i use a usb wireless adaptor any ideas anyone?
crashing a few times in order to boot can be caused by corrupted boot files that Windows required.
Try do a "scan for bad sectors" checkdisk (Right click C: in My Computer, click Properties. Click Tools tab and then Check Now button, tick both option boxes and it should ask to reboot for the bad sector check.
You can also use HDD Regenerator to fix corrupted files. Read my other posts for details.
