I-Bulldog mp3 player

I've been having issues with my i-bulldog mp3 player, which i haven't been able to figure out. I've been able to connected it to my laptop and a roommates computer, yet it won't let me delete some of the files on it, nor will it let me copy files off it. all i get is "parameter not found". On top of that it turns on to the same song everytime. i'd really like to listen to new music and at all loss. can some one help me? Thanks in advance

most mp3's have similar cords so if you took it into your local electronics store they could probably find you a match.

Exactlly what type of connection do i have to buy to upload songs from my computer?

I think it needs the 5 pin usb cable, but don't take my word for it. Check on the i-bulldog if it has anything that looks like it fits the picture i'm attaching. At least that's what the newer ones take. Good luck!
