These are the guys you need to contact if you are in the USA; They make a lot of the binoculars for B+L who make the optics, including the legacy models. Hope this helps :) If not in the US please ask again

My washer (ALW880QAW) agitates but does not spin. I took off the front cover and the found a black circular piece lying there (What it goes to I do not know). The belt looks okay. The motor goes in spin...

That is the drive coupler and it has worn out. You can order a replacement set that comes with two plastic retaining pieces that slide onto both your transmission and engine and also a rubber piece that goes in between these two plastic pieces. You can search many places to find out how to replace this part. I just ordered a set and shopped around a bit and mine was $20 after shipping.

Replacement parts for Tasco binoculars

You'll need to measure your eyepiece in "mm". Also determine if your eyepiece has an outer ring the eyepiece will slip over. You can find eyecups/guards on Ebay. Search under Binocular Eyecup or Binocular Eye Guard. There are also eyecups under "rubber eyecups/rubber eyeguards" but alot of these are for Microscopes and may not fit. You will need to pay close attention to the mounting type and measurements.

The fuel line is rotted and the fuel filter fell off (along with parts of the rotted fuel line). How is this best repaired?

Take a piece of the old hose to a parts store. Buy new line and cut to the same length as the old line and replace it.

Lost Nikon Travelite ex eye piece

I'm supposing by eyepiece you mean the rubber or plastic eyecup. The eyepiece is the whole unit that contains the lens. Nikon has a service center in many countries. If you have one in your country then they can order the part. I have ordered from Nikon. They find the part number if you tell them your model and can email you an order form. Alternately is very good to deal with as is Adorama Camera in New York. Both will sell internationally.
