Open a command prompt after your PC reboots and resumes setup.
- In Windows 2000, wait until the PC begins registering components and then press the "Shift + F10" keys simultaneously.
- In Windows XP, watch the bottom left-hand side of your screen until you see a progress bar that reads "Installing devices" and then press the "Shift" and "F10" keys together. This will open a terminal window.

or you can use the window CD,this modify the BIOS in the BOOT

Go to the log on screen and type in your email address you opened the account with. If you have forgotten your password click the forgot password link under the box you would normally enter the password into and follow the directions. Face book will email you instructions. If you forgot the email you used to open the account you may have to open a new account. You do not need a user name to log into facebook .... jsut email and password.

When you "tried" the forgot-your-password page, did you correctly answer all the "secret" questions?
If so, FACEBOOK should have sent an E-mail to your ID.
So, check your "Junk Mail" folder, to see if the E-mail arrived, but was moved to a different folder, as part of your E-mail "filters" -- you may need to disable those mail-filters.
