What wires do I need to connect my denon avr-1803 to the speakers

All you need is some speaker wire long enough to get to each of the speakers your running. Use larger gauge if your running big speakers hard and/or over longer distances. Otherwise a medium gauge (16) will do fine.
You'll also need all the cables required to connect external components.

Each speaker has two 4 Ohm drivers. Each speaker has a connector with 4 pins. From left to right they are + - - +. Say 1 2 3 4 . If you want a 8 Ohm speaker connect 2 and 4 together. Now 1 goes to your amplifier (+) and 3 to your amplifier (-). In yor case join black with blue. Now red goes to the amplifier red and green to the amplifier black.

I have no idea how to connect these speakers all I have is the wires for the 5 speakers and a power cord for the sub any help please?

You have not mentioned -- connect it to what ???. Assuming that its an AV receiver. Start by connecting the front three speakers to the the amplifiers speaker sockets labeled Left front / Center / Right Front. These are connected using three short wires. Then connect the two surround speakers using the pair of long speaker cables. You will need a RCA to RCA cable to connect the subwoofer to the Receivers subwoofer preamp out.The subwoofer also requires an A/C wall socket to power it.

Wiring on back of head unit

You don't need to change the cables from the head unit on.  Just strip of the end of the wires where the old speakers are and crimp on the proper connectors to connect them.  Alternatively you can just solder the wires directly to the speakers.  I always **** splice at least 6" of wires onto the end so you have more wire to work.  The only reason you would change the wires would be because you are putting more than 200 watts per channel.  You didn't speak of an amp so no worries.
