I tried to erase one picture and somehow I erased all of my pictures that were on my camera. It now says no file. Is there a way to retrieve these pictures?
-   I tried downloading images from my Canon Rebel XTi digital camera into my computer and instructed the program to clear the camera upon completion. Unfortunately, the images did not transfer to the computer successfully and now I get "no file" message on the camera display. Is there a way to retrieve my photos from the camera's memory card or have I lost them for good?-   annacarmel
Files can be retrieved -through your computer. If you have a card reader- built in or external or plug in or as part of an all in one, If you have none of these you can try this way.
1, go on line to www.konvar. com and download PCInspector. and install the program. Connect the camera so that the camera shows as an additional drive/camera as a drive letter [E?] Run PC inspector and direct it to 'E' and follow through setting up a save to folder during this. The images[if any] will be recovered. you may then format the card in the camera[do not format in the computer
