combine these keys to deactivate num lock
FN+Num Lock
Fn should be close to CTRL button and Num lock might be on the top right side..

when a phones screen goes blank, it might be that the screen might have shifted from the position it were. You can open the phone and adjust the screen to see if the screen has shifted.

You can also check the screen of the phone to know if it needs replacement.

please do the following tips to solve:

1. checkout the cable connection between your keyboard panel and port on your computer.

2. checkout the keyboard port, whether its working or damaged (check the keyboard cable connection's pin also)

3.checkout the post settings of computer with keyboard (commonly, keyboard light would blinking on and off at the time of computer boots)

4. if the post will be come properly, then you have to view the keyboard settings in the control panel of operating system.

5. commonly, keyboard issue comes with in the above instructions only. if its not working, you keyboard cable will be damaged or the keyboard have a problem related with in.
here, you can only change the keyboard.
