The color was warped 4 months ago, Sartor TV (Plano, TX) replaced the ICs. 3 months later, the same problem. Called Sartor, they came out and checked it out, ordered power supply board? They replaced that, but still did not work. Ordered convergence board. Picked up TV to work on in shop. Brought it back in a pickup (FACE UP). The cardboard that they covered it with "blew" off, which exposed tv to direct sunlight (100 degree heat) for about an hour. We noticed screen appeared wavy and warped. Sartor accepts no responsibilty. They have no sense of customer service. We have been dealing with them for over a month (this time). Steve Sartor (owner) and his son, Jeff do not know how to run a business and need to put them out of their customer's misery. They hire kids (teenagers) as managers and techs (who are basically dumb@$$*$!). We got a lot of "duh, I don't know"s from them.
Did they put the cardboard there? anyways it is not their responsible if you dropped off and picked up..home service is about the same price because crooks dont care how it gets to them. is the screen, when set off, looks warped or melted? look at it from diffent angles. if looks ok your back to the converence problem. good luck

The shop picked it up in a van (standing up) and delivered it in a pickup truck (lying down on it's back). They are responible for melting the screen. It looks warped from any angle (esp. around the edges), even when the TV is off, looks like a cloth behind it.
Sartor finally accepted responsibilty and has ordered the screen over a week ago...still waiting for it to come in.
