Re: downloading problem

I am pretty sure you need to use Itunes software, because Windows Media Player is not a compatible software Itunes. So I suggest you use these instructions: 1. Install Itunes on you computer via the disk that came with your phone or via internet on the Itunes website. 2. Transfer all of your music to Itunes( it is pretty easy) when Itunes is installed a window should pop up stating if you would like Itunes to import all music. ( IF NO WINDOW POPS UP THEN DO IT THIS WAY) 2b.While Itunes is open follow this procedure click File Scroll to Import or Add Folder to Library Select folder Click OK Repeat till all music upload this will take a bit longer , but you can now be able to use your phone.

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- b>

I need driver called mtp usb device for my c2-03 mobile

Many devices use Microsoft's Media Transfer Protocol to synchronize with computers. Unlike standard USB mass storage devices, MTP devices don't behave like USB flash drives. Windows Media Player includes built-in support for MTP devices and can synchronize media files to and from them. You can download MP3s to your portable music player, cellphone or other MTP device using Windows Media Player's sync feature. The device appears in Windows Media Player when you connect it to your computer.

MicroSD does not contain supported music files

1. Install the sd into the phone.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > USB > Mass Storage
3. Connect the MotoVE240 to your PC via USB
4. Under My Computer open drive (E:).
5. Find the folder that has your music in it. Example: My compter made a folder called Music.
6. Drag music from that folder to the my_music folder. (the phone will only read music that is in this folder.)

How do I insert the microSD Card into my Motorola adventure V750?

1) How to/where to insert microSD card
  • Pop the back off of your V750.
  • The bottom half of the phone has a rectangular indentation with a metal port on the left end of it; slide your microSD card face-up into that slot.
  • Replace the back of your phone, making sure that the little tabs on the side of the backing clip into your phone.
  • Your phone should automatically detect and format the card, but you might have to restart it first by holding down the "End Call" button until it shuts off, then hitting it again to turn it on.
2) How to download music from Windows Media Player to SD card
  • Find a USB cable that has a male microUSB end to it; the two ends will look like this: (click link). You should be able to find this at RadioShack, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, etc.
  • Plug the USB end into your computer and the microUSB end into your V750. The first time you do this, Windows will probably have to set it up as new hardware; just wait until it says that your hardware is "Installed and ready to use." (You may even get an Auto-Play menu giving you the option to Sync with Windows Media Player; if so, choose this option.)
  • Open up Windows Media Player (WMP) on your computer.
  • On your V750, go to "MENU" -> "MEDIA CENTER" -> "MUSIC & TONES" -> "Sync Music".
  • Wait for your phone to set itself up with WMP; it'll be ready when the phone's screen says "Connected." WMP should automatically switch over to the "Sync" tab with your phone (and the amount of space used/available on the microSD card) represented in an area on the right side of the screen.
  • From here, it's a simple matter of dragging and dropping songs (single songs or whole collections by album, artist, genre, etc) into the phone area. Just keep an idea on the space indicator to make sure that you're not loading too many songs for the microSD card to hold.
  • When you're done picking songs, just hit the "Start Sync" button at the bottom of the sync list. All of the songs will be transferred over to your phone, and you can watch the progress either on your phone's screen or the WMP Sync screen. You'll know it's done when the V750's screen just says "Connected" again.
  • Like the instructions on the phone say, press either "CLR" or the "End Call" button to exit the media player, then unplug the cable. Your songs are now loaded onto your phone.

Saving songs on sd memory card

1. Put a micro SD card into your phone. (Make sure it's blank)
2. Format the card from your phone. To do this go into "Menu//Settings & Tools//Memory//Card Memory" then click on "Options" that should open the format screen. Enter your security code (usually the last four digits of your cell #) and format the card.
3. Exit all menu screens by pressing the "End" button and remove your card.
4. Insert your card back into your PC. It should recognize the card and open a "Removable Disk" window. (if not, manually open this window by clicking on "Start//My Computer//drive E: or F:" , they might vary depending on your computer set-up.
5. You should see a folder named "my_music". That's where you are going to drag your music files into.
6. DO NOT open any media player. Just find the location of your music FILES. Usually if you click on "Start//My Music" your music FILES will be stored there.
7. Simply drag and drop music FILES into the folder that I listed on #5. DO NOT drag an albulm. It won't work. Just the music file.

Trouble downloading music to my enV

that was the same problem for me. when you download that vcast software dont use there program. use windows media player 9. that has worked best for me. ive tried the latest window media player out and it doesnt seem to work. but if you use 9 you can go to sync with your phone connected. and you always have to make sure that you go to settings and tools on your phone. then go to call settings and then you should see pc connections and when you get to that you should see usb and you click on that and it should say pc connection set. hopefully any of those options i gave you work out.
