Often times when apps crash it is due to memory problems with your phone. You should try resetting your phone to factory defaults and erase all your files. It would be a good idea to save anything important to a hard drive first though.

ok, for getting Numbuzz, first open the device browser and go to "get.nimbuzz.com" It'll automatically detect your device and show you the download link or button for downloading & installing it into your phone.

For getting fring, go to fring.com from your mobile browser or via PC/Laptop browser. You can download the application directly from there.
