Problem for ASUS P4P800 SE (890552603657) Motherboard
Screen black out, but the cpu fan is running.
upon pressing the power on, no response on my screen but their is a power on my board the cpu and power supply fan is running the led light is on and but my monitor is in standby mode. I try to put my other divice in my MBO P4P800 SE (ram 512 ddr PC400, video card 256mb ddr and also the power supply) but nothing happens.

Hmmm make sure the power cord right next to the CPU is plugged in. It is usually a square 4 pin connection, it powers the actual CPU not the fan.
Seems like that would be the issue if you are not getting a video response. Or of course the monitor could be plugged into the onboard and not video card.

it could be two reasons.
1. your RAM has a issue ( try a different ram from a friends pc)
2. your Graphics card is having an issue. ( try removing & fixing back on, if it does notwork.. either get a friends graphics card & ifix on to your pc & chk or fix your VGA card on to another PC & chk if the VGA card works. either way you will find out what wrong.
